Bought this a year ago, used, and it runs pretty well. An authorized Evinrude mechanic told me the VRO pump was unplugged....BUT.....I premix my gasoline, and the motor is still using oil from the reservoir as well. I haven't fouled a plug but they are oily, and there seems to be too much smoke...
