I have a 1986 Johnson 90hp outboard and the tilt suddenly stopped working. When I go to tilt the engine up or down there is a quiet ticking noise coming from the little black relay box on the back of the engine. Would it be safe to say that I have a bad relay? Any troubleshooting suggestions...
