What is the procedure for setting/adjusting the idle speed of this motor (Model 8RCNR)? Is the "knob" at the end of the throttle/tiller handle a throttle adjustment of some sort? I do not have a tachcometer to measure RMPs.

When winterizing my Model 8RCNR 7.5hp Johnson, I found that the lower unit grease (oil?) was milky, indicating the presence of some water.
