have a 2001 yamaha 200hp hpdi - had brand new lower unit relaced at end of season in 2009- used to run at 5200 - 5300 - using same type prop - now running at 4600 -4700 - sounds great while running - could there be fuel restriction problems at high speed - idles at 600 - 700
