My father and i have recently purchased a 1999 Carolina Skiff Sea Chaser. Just this mornin the trim would not let down, so i released the pressure in the lines by loosing the screw by the motor brackets.. As i went to let the motor back up, nothing happened. I could hear the trim motor working...
