    99 9.9 merc weak spark need help

    1999 9.9 weak spark where do i start, has new wires and plugs,what would cause it to have a weak spark, do not have test equipment so will have to try process of elimination,what first coils trigger stator or cdm any help would be appreciated.

    1999 9.9 mercury hard starting

    9.9 hard to start bought from talon marine in orlando he said it ran good put on my boat would run out of fuel, had a tear in fuel pump diaphram. replaced that and cleaned carb new plugs and wires still starts hard. missing upon acceleration and will not run on new plugs they are ngk 15 heat...

    pulled my carb apart today and noticed jet that comes down from bottom of carb is bent or is it supposed to be that way need help
