I have a 94 (supposedly) Yamaha 250. The block has a stamped 08 98 up by the rear lift ring.. Does this indicate it's a 1998 block? It's carbed so I don't think that makes sense?? The other number by it is 61AR B110.
I'm looking to replace my 94 250 (OX76) powerhead with a 92 250 rebuilt power head. Are the directly interchangeable with no issues? I think 90 thru 95 (or even 96) may be the same design...
