Looking to buy new bass boat to get back into tournaments (Ranger Z520). The family loves the water and we now have an older fish/ski that we tube/kneeboard from, but is not tournament ready. Does anyone use a tournament ready bass boat for tubing/kneeboarding.
Has anyone used a time sert to repair stripped spark plug threads. What I have read says it can be repaired in place w/out removing head. This seems dangerous to me with metal shavings doing damage. Seems it would be safer to remove head, although more time consuming. Any thoughts?

Recently purchased 1986 18' procraft and I am looking to install a new bowmount trolling motor. The boat previously had one, but has been removed, including all wiring and breakers. There is still a switch up front. What is needed to install a 24 volt trolling motor. Thanks for any help.
My boat bogs down and dies when going to WOT. If I hold choke in it will take off. Last summer fuel pump was rebuilt as well as carbs. I rechecked float settings after the problem and they were ok. Anyone know what I could be missing? Thanks
