My choke butterfly closes, but does not work. If I manually cover the three carbs tightly, or stuff a towel into the carb baffle, the motor pops. I get a burst of fuel, and the motor starts and runs fine thereafter. But if I just electronically or physically close the butterfly, it does not work...
