I just had my '95 Mariner 75 HP serviced because it was running rough. Along with a "tune up" I requested that the dealer service the throttle/gear shift that was really stiff. I got the boat back....They cleaned the carbs and replaced the throttle/gear shift cable. It was running better, but...
