    How to date old evinrude outboard

    If any can help, i just purchased a older evinrude outboard. Was told it was a 3hp, the cowling was missing. I don't know the year but the Model # /Model# 3886M -02590 Also is there any place to get a replacement cowling for this motor? Any help would be apreciated Thanks Chris...
