After deceleration the engine speeds go's up and down repeatedly. my boat is a 1994 Four Winns 215 Sundowner with a 5.0 Ford engine and a Sx Cobra sterndrive. just changed plugs , wires, cap and rotor. Carb was recently rebuilt. any suggestions on what to look for?
