    Tohatsu 25hp - 30hp timing no go

    I went from resriction plate on the carb to the full one which converts the 25hp to 30hp. Plenty of posts on this site about it. You are supposed to advance to 25degrees. Cant seem to adjust CCM

    Hi, I had bigger carb gasket and went to advance timing to 25 degrees but marker won't move. What gives?
