    1999 75hp mercury running very rough?

    Could bad reed valves cause the engine to run rough? Compression is good and carbs have been cleaned.

    99 75hp Mercury running rough

    Motor idles very rough and top rpm is 4400. I have cleaned the 3 carbs and checked plugs and fire but have not bee able to improve at all. Any ideas for me to try would be appreciated.
