Motor only sounds horn at wide open throttle. One time it brouhgt my rpms down automaticly. Can run all day at lower rpms with no horn. If i open it up and horn sounds i can immediatly slow down, shut engine off, restart and proceed with no horn. Checked water flow, two new thermostats, checked...
