    merc 90 2 stroke stalls except when, any plug pulled

    Hi Forum, I have a 2005 Merc 90 hp 2 stroke which will stall around 2800-3000 rpm when run up in a tank, and if I pull off any plug's 1 or 2 or 3 wire the engine will run up to 5000 rpm.     90 hp 2 stroke stumbles from 3000 rpm up

    My 2005 Mercury 90 hp 2 stroke idles well, runs up to 2500 rpm ok, but stumbles above 3000 rpm. Carb's adj. don't help, changed to external gas tank, new gas filter, new gas, new plug wires, engine runs rough above 3000 rpm and dies higher than that. Strangely if you disconnect any one plug...
