Hello,<br />I have a 1989 mercury 9.9 outboard motor that wont stay running. I haven't run it in about two and a half years. It ran fine the last time I used it. This is what it will do. It wont run in less I spray starter fluid directly into the carburetor. Ounce it burns the fluid it shuts...
