I cannot get my 1996 225-hp Mercury to slow idle. It runs great in every other rmp range besides the low low 700 range. It spits, sputters, misses, and even cuts off at times. It has brand new NKG plugs and all of the wiring looks great. <br /><br />Any help and/or advice would be...
