    Lowrance put out an addendum about New AIS features in the latest elite-7 software upgrade. Has anyone tried to hook up an AIS compatible VHF?

    Lowrance elite-7 nmea2000 and VHF

    Just bought the elite-7 and am now looking at VHF radios. I am wondering if I can connect a VHF to the elite-7 using nmea2000.
