I have been having problems with my motor. It is a 1995 15 Hp evinrude, pullstart, it will start, but when you give it gas it dies out. The carburetor has been cleaned and fresh gas has been used. I had it over to my neighbors who fixes boat motors and it sat for over the winter over there...
