2000 Johnson 130
I just replaced tilt/trim switch on the throttle handle. Switch was replaced because spring on up side was bad and motor stayed tilted as high as it would go. Connected green to green, blue to blue, and red power wires. Problem is that switch will not work on the up side...

Went out to run motor today and it was tilted as high as it could go. Tilt switch on throttle handle will lower and raise motor fine. After stopping. within 1-2 minutes, trim motor automatically raises motor as high as it will go.
Used switch on motor and down...
