    '96 225 VRO oil piston

    How come the cuttaway view in the manual shows an o-ring on the oil piston, but neglects to discuss it in the rebuild section? Disassembly of my VRO unit produced a crushed o-ring on the oil piston. The fuel and oil rebuild kits contained no new o-ring and the assembly photos don't show it...

    '96 ocean runner 225 primer soleniod

    after sqeezing the fuel ball to a solid state is it acceptable to see any fuel dripping from the primer soleniod. Which direction should the lever be? Up or Down? When down, the ball gets hard and when it's moved up I see fuel drip out from the lever.

    '96 ocean runner 225 runs and then stops

    After squeezing the fuel ball to a solid state, the motor is started and it will run for about 3 minutes. At this point the motor stumbles and then stalls. Fuel is being drawn directly from a can through the ball to the motor. Fuel ball goes soft. All connections and hoses inspect ok. Oil pump...
