    Just rebuilt ignition and have good spark on both cylinders. Need some advice on priming. Have tank of fresh gas and can see the new fuel in glass filter (the first one). Should I disconnect fuel line at point that it enters engine and squeeze hose bulb to clear any air? Tested first with...

    Need help with Johnson FD-18 Flywheel Removal

    Need to remove flywheel on Johnson 1964 FD-18 motor. Have flywheel nut off, but there are three small flathead slotted screws near the flywheel nut. Do these have to be removed? Will be replacing ignition. Is there an aftermarket electronic ignition for this motor? Thanks
