I have a 70s 85hp evinrude ran good all last year winteriz it. Ran it this year ran good for three weeks then just lost alot of power alot.. did compression test all 4 cylinder at 90 psi. Got spark. Changed all the plugs. Iam thinking maybe a coil. Or power pac. Please help. I have sea foamed. HELP!
