    Yes, it's a saltwater boat. Definitely lack of maintenance, see above. Upholstery looks good in the photos, no port windows. Cables are not a deal-breaker.

    So I sent the ECM out to be tested and was told there's nothing wrong. Waiting for it to get back to me. I also ordered their diagnostic software so I can see what the computer is seeing and hopefully find out what's going on.
