change filter system and new fuel hoses, also put new fuel in tank, replaced fouled spark plugs, wont idle at low rpms and at high rpms it jumps like a missfire!! can anyone offer up any suggestions this motor had been sitting for 13 months without being ran i got it cranked up and drove it on...
