My son just purchased his 1st boat. The gentleman he purchased did a lot of work and it is nice condition. Wondering if anyone has the same or similar and can give suggestions or advice.

My son just recently purchased his 1st boat. A nice 1988 15 1/2 ft Lowe Sprite with an 1984 Evinrude E15RCRM 2 stroke pull start.
The 1st trip, had to almost catch the motor in gear, but once caught ran flawlessly. I was impressed with the 15hp engine.
