    1969 55 hp electric shift. What does the vacuum switch on the side of the case near the throttle levers operate? is it for the electric shift?

    hard or no start

    1969 johnson 55 horse electric shift.has spark and fuel . only seems to want to start just as the key goes back to run position or not at all
