I have my steering cable Loose on a FREE bayliner capri i picked up i put a head on a monte carlo lady gave me boat i fixed all loose ends. But it will not move steer/ no motion side to side maybe an inch ive greased but not heated? any recomendations? Im baffled. Its a mercury 1400 1978 model...
