I have a 1976 mercuiser 165hp. when I push the trim switch to raise the outdrive, it raises but qickly bleeds off. I talked to the previous owner and he said to replace the four o rings on the bottom of the pump. I did that and it still does the same thing. the resevior is topped off. any help...
