This my first attempt at a rebuild. Is this right? I replaced the old caged bearings with the loose needle bearings & washers. It seems to me that there is way to much space for the washers to move around.
New pistion part # GLM24020, bearing part # GLM16220

I have an 83 Jonson 115 V4 that has a ding in the lower stb piston. However,the cylinder does not appear to be damaged. I am planning on over hauling the power head myself, but I need a machine shop in there area to inspect and bore/hone the block if necessary.
