Just put my new starter on. Does anyone have a clue what the screw aft of the starter does? It is a fully threaded screw, has a flat head slot and a set nut with a washer. On the backside (inboard side by the flywheel) there is a rubber knob on the end of this screw. Maybe a dumb question...
