Will a 1979 Johnson 70hp 3cyl lower unit fit on my 1986 Johnson 70hp 3 cyl?
Already dropped mine on the 86 and is the four cog shaft....i have access to a 79 [four cog shaft] to replace mine but want to be sure.....would the shift shaft adjustment height and or rods be the same as well and shift...
