    25 Johnson

    Got a 25 Johnson with a tiller handle. runs great but got two problems. the first is turning it is a work out and it does not turn smoothly. second is shut off does not work. any advice on how to fix these things?

    25hp Johnson lower unit problems

    I have a 25hp Johnson and cannot get the lower unit off. Loosened the four bolts and the one in the middle on the back. What else is there?
