Have an "89 OMC 115HP 1.6 Liter Sea Drive that will not hold hydraulic lift/tilt in position. It slowly goes back down on its own. Where should I start looking for the leakage? Bad check valve, O rings? Appears not to be leaking oil at end caps, etc.
