I am new to this site, but after reading a few posts I can see this is the right place to be for boaters.
I have a merc 70hp outboard, I think its an 198x model, 3 cyclinder.
I think it needs to have to carbs syncronized.
At first I thaught my throtle/gear cables where loose...
