I have a 2003 Evinrude 200 that trims up just fine but slowly clicks down. The rams seem sealed in. My question is can I access the internal sections of hydraulics to change seals? Fluid levels good and no leaks. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I was getting alot of alarms so I brought it into the marina and my mechanic told me that the computer was going bad and needed a new one. He told me the cost would be 800 to 1000. Does this diagnosis sound right? Can I buy the computer on my own and install it? Thanks for all your help.
