    Fuel filter replacement

    1990 60 hp Merc 2 stroke starts easily, quickly dies. I suspect fuel filter. How do I access the filter to replace. The iboats manual I just bought is NO help. Thanx. Ernie

    Fuel starvation? 1990 Merc 60

    My motor starts easily, but quickly dies. I'm guessing fuel filter. How do I get at the filter, which appears to be behind the oil tank?
