I have a 1998 Bayliner Capri with an outboard where the electric (hydraulic) Motor raise/Lower only goes down and not up. Does anyone have an idea what the problem is? Is there a way to release the engine and manually raise it for towing?
I am not sure which place the long pinned plug goes in the lower unit. There is the vent, the oil fill and the oil drain plugs. There are two short screw in plugs and one longer plug with a pin. Does anyone know where the longer pllug goes?
