Hi - 1993 Yamaha C85 2-stroke. the tilt/trim seemd very slow lifting the motor last time out, now it won't lift at all. There is a click when I hit the switch, but nothing more. Battery is good. How can you lift the motor when the tilt is not working - it seems locked against hydraulic pressure...
