I am cleaning up my dad's boat and going to try to get it out on the water again this summer. It's got a 1979 (we believe) 70hp Evinrude 3-cylinder. The engine has not been run for about 10 years, but has been covered outdoors.
My first thought is to start at the 'tune-up' section of the shop...
