I am trying to repair a 1974 100 HP Evinrude. What sort if signal should I be getting from the Ignition sensor under the flywheel? It is a 2 wire sensor, not points. I dont get any signal when cranking the engine over. no AC no DC :( using a FLUKE DVOM
