Can someone tell me the shaft length of a LONG shaft 2008 90 hp 2-cycle Mercury outboard vs. a SHORT shaft of the same engine? I'm not sure what I have. Thanks!
I have the opportunity to purchase a 2 stroke 90 hp Mercury. Is there is difference in rated hp between a 4 stroke and a 2 stroke engine. If I am looking at a boat with a max of 90hp, how will a 90 2 cycle handle the load?
