I had my 84' Evinrude 235hp completely rebuilt in 09'. Since this and prior to, I've had poor low end take off having to choke it because it starts to bog. Even after choking, it doesn't have the get up and go I think it should have for that size of motor. At idle it runs fine for a few minutes...
