Ok this is my first post on here so be gentle I'm just learning about outboards.So I have a 1976 75hp evinrude and I just rebuilt carbs put all back together and will run with butterflies wide open and revs super high,but when closed it dies.I did not mess with jets or any adjustments. Please help
