I have a 1978 stardeck and had a mechanic put on an outrive that they bought because mine was stolen. The outdrive will not shift out of fwd and it steers the opposite direction. I took the outdrive off and pulled on the cables and it still doesnt shift..any ideas or suggestions to these...
