I have a dumb question. I was running my engine the other day and the primer bulb was sucked flat. Does this indicate that the vent on the gas cap is not working? Can someone explain to me the operation of the primer bulb and the vent cat?
My 15hp seems to want to stall out when going from idle to fast. Once it opens up it runs great until I throttle down and try to open up again. Any ideas? When I pump the gas ball it does not get hard when connected to motor. Is it suppose to? If I disconnect from motor then pump the ball...
How do you adjust the idle, other than the big black High Idle Knob. It seems it does not change the Idle speed. Does anyone have a diagram on where to look?
