I need to replace the trim cylinder o-ring, and was wondering Where can I get the tool to remove the trim cylinder end cap on my 115etl78c?? It almost looks like it could take the tool that one changes discs on a grinder with?

my 115etl78c doesn't want to start without ether. but after I run it around the lake for a bit she'll start right up, BUT, if I let her sit for about 45 minutes or longer after running, she does the same thing and its back to the ether.
