Picked up a motor yesterday. Previous owner said he was using it (Evinrude 1.2 HP) when it suddenly stopped. He tried to restart it but the pull cord was locked up.
Took off the top cover. The pull cord does sometimes stick when pulled out most of the way; will eventually free up and work ok...
