    125 force staying at high idle

    When I throttle down my engine it will stay at a high idle (1500 rpm) unless I hand turn the throttle tower back then it will idle @1100 in neutral or 800 in gear. Any suggestions, does something need lube, adjustment or am I missing a return spring?
